Cyclone Robot Showing as Unauthorized – How to Resolve?
I’m currently facing an issue where my Cyclone Robot is stuck in an “Unauthorized” status. This prevents me from proceeding with any automation tasks. Has anyone else run into this problem? What steps can I take to authorize the robot and get it working properly?

The Unauthorized status in Cyclone Robot typically indicates that the robot hasn’t been properly licensed or authorized. There are two ways to resolve this issue:
Solution 1:
Request a license file for the Cyclone Robot from CR Distribution. Once you receive the license file, you can upload it to the Cyclone Robot to authorize it.
Solution 2:
Alternatively, you can authorize the robot through the Cyclone Controller. To do this, you will need to request a Cyclone Controller account. Once you have the account, you can use it to authorize the robot directly from the robot and controller interface.
