Unable Upload New Attachments for Model Labeling After Initial Training in IDP
After training a model once in Cyclone IDP, I’m unable to upload any new attachments for model labeling because the model status is still shown as “Training” in the frontend. Has anyone else encountered this issue? How can I resolve it to continue with the labeling process?

This issue typically occurs when the model training process hasn’t been fully completed, even though it appears to be stuck in the “Training” status in the frontend.
To resolve this, access the backend portal of Cyclone IDP. From there, select all relevant tasks and press the “All Pass” button. This action will manually complete the model training process, and the status should update accordingly in the IDP frontend. After doing this, you should be able to upload new attachments for model labeling without any issues.
